I absolutely have to pause here and talk about my incredibly talented friend, Laurenne.
Because honestly, she completely and utterly smashed this.
The floral installations throughout the workshop were BREATHTAKING! Sculptural, romantic, textural and overflowing with movement. Every arrangement felt like it had grown naturally from the Derbyshire landscape itself, which a lot of it had!
From delicate floral details woven into the tablescape to the dramatic statement arrangements framing the ceremony setup, Laurenne’s artistry transformed the entire atmosphere of the shoot. I cannot recommend her enough to my wedding clients!
Her work brought softness to the rugged stone backdrop of Heathy Lea while still feeling modern, luxurious and wildly organic. The colour palette blended perfectly with the earthy Peak District surroundings, creating something that felt both editorial and deeply emotive.

The incredible marquee styling by Jessica Sharpe Weddings created a beautifully immersive reception space that balanced elegance with warmth.
Working alongside Green Farm Marquees, the team designed a luxurious wedding setup that felt intimate yet dramatic against the surrounding Peak District scenery.
The soft draping and layered textures by Bobbi Wren Events and Draped by Bobbi Wren added movement and softness throughout the space, elevating the editorial aesthetic beautifully.

The bridal fashion for this workshop was genuinely jaw dropping.
The gown by Millia London moved like poetry in the wind across the moors of Stanage Edge. Ethereal layers, dramatic silhouettes and couture textures created the dreamiest editorial bridal look imaginable.
Styled alongside exquisite accessories by Debbie Carlisle, every bridal detail felt luxurious, intentional and fashion forward.
Hair styling by Amy Elliott Hair and makeup artistry by Lois Cora Makeup Artist completed the look perfectly. It was soft, romantic and effortlessly elegant while still standing strong against the dramatic Peak District weather and terrain.

One of the things I loved most about this workshop was the sheer attention to detail.
The stationery suite by Sarah & Maude added refined luxury through beautifully crafted paper goods and elegant typography that perfectly matched the styling concept.
The tablescape styling by Chateau Noir Event Hire elevated the reception design with luxurious tableware and layered textures that photographed beautifully in the soft natural light.
Meanwhile, the desserts by Perfect Peaks Patisserie were almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.

As if Heathy Lea wasn’t already stunning enough, we then headed to Stanage Edge for the most breathtaking couples portraits.
And wow. This is exactly why I adore photographing weddings in the Peak District.
The sweeping landscapes. The dramatic cliffs. The endless skies. The wind catching the flowing dress. The way the golden light moves across the moors as the sun begins to set.
Stanage Edge offers one of the most iconic and cinematic backdrops in the UK for adventurous couples who want wedding photography that feels emotional, artistic and wildly connected to nature.
Our incredible couple, Tabitha and Russ Crampton, brought so much warmth and authentic connection to these portraits as they were actually JUST married haha, so they were so cute and loved up. They completely embodied the spirit of the workshop, relaxed, romantic and deeply connected.
