Photography has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. From playing with my great-grandfather’s old camera gear as a child to capturing my own growing family, it’s always been more than just pictures, it’s about preserving the fleeting, beautiful moments we wish we could freeze in time.
As a mum of five (yes, five!), I know how wild and wonderful life can be. I know how quickly childhood passes, how messy and magical family life is, and how important it is to have photographs that truly feel like you. That’s why my sessions are never rushed, never stiff, and always focused on real connections, natural light, and the beautiful chaos of everyday life.

I truly believe that the best photos happen when you’re comfortable and completely yourself. That’s why my approach is relaxed, unhurried, and tailored to you. Whether we’re out exploring a woodland trail, playing in a field at golden hour, or capturing the tenderness of those early newborn days at home, my goal is simple:

This corner of the world is filled with wild open spaces, forests, and rolling countryside that make the perfect backdrop for any shoot and we are so lucky that every season brings its own kind of magic.
I love the little pockets of nature that make this area unique, the winding riverbanks, the golden fields that stretch towards the horizon, the hidden woodland trails where little ones can run free. Whether we’re exploring Sherwood Forest, watching the sunset over quiet country lanes, or capturing cosy moments at home, every session becomes a piece of your family’s story, set against a landscape that feels like home.
There’s no need for stiff poses or forced smiles here, just space to be yourselves, surrounded by the beauty of North Nottinghamshire’s wild and wonderful landscapes.
Why I Do What I Do
I’ve been the pregnant woman who felt vulnerable but still longed to document that precious chapter. I’ve been the exhausted new mum, trying to soak in every tiny detail before time ran away from me. I’ve been the granddaughter wanting to capture the love and memories of my family before they became stories we could only tell.
I understand what it means to want photos that don’t just look beautiful but feel like home—photos that take you right back to the moment—the way your child’s hand fits in yours, the warmth of your newborn against your chest, the way your family is, right now, in all its imperfect, wonderful glory.
